What Riley actually does

Answers when you can't

Nights, lunch, deliveries, busy afternoons and holidays.

Takes complete flower orders

Who it's for, where and when it goes, the occasion and the card message, which she reads back word for word.

Sells like a trained florist

She asks about the occasion before she talks price, then offers an upgrade or add-on that fits.

Knows when NOT to sell

Sympathy calls get care, not an upsell. When a caller mentions a funeral, she slows down, says she is sorry, and confirms the funeral home and service time.

Answers up to 4 calls at once

Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, when every line rings in the same minute.

Lets your team make flowers

Your staff can design, help walk-ins and get deliveries out instead of dropping everything for the phone.

You decide when she answers: after hours only, when your staff can't pick up, or every call.

Riley doesn't need to replace your staff. She frees your staff to run the flower shop.

Yes, a full hour of Riley talking is $90. But you never pay her for an hour of waiting for the phone to ring. A person covering your phone is paid for every hour, busy or quiet.

Every answered call from a real person bills its talk time, including wholesalers and "are you open?" calls, so your bill covers more than order calls. Robocalls and spoofed numbers are screened out and cost nothing. There is a one-time $195 onboarding fee, which earns a 30-minute call credit.

$18 an hour plus 15% payroll costs is Tim Huckabee's example wage. 6 minutes is the median length of the order calls Riley has taken so far, mostly test orders on our demo line. $82 is an example order.

Riley takes the phone, up to 4 calls at once, so your team can design, help walk-ins and get deliveries out.

Will my customers mind talking to AI?

If your shop already answers with "press 1 for hours, press 2 for orders", your callers already talk to a machine, and that menu never took an order. Riley listens, answers questions and takes the whole order. She greets callers in your shop's name. She doesn't announce that she is AI. She is instructed never to claim to be a person: if a caller asks, she says she is an automated assistant or AI receptionist and keeps helping. You can also pick a greeting that says it up front. The best test is your own ear: call Riley at (845) 576-6983 and place a test order.

$1.50 a minute sounds like it could add up fast. What am I really paying for?

Talk time. You pay $1.50 for each minute Riley spends on an answered call with a real person. That includes wholesalers, vendors and quick "are you open?" calls, not just orders. Robocalls and spoofed numbers are screened out and cost nothing, and ringing and waiting for the phone cost nothing. Order calls so far, mostly test orders on our demo line, have run a median of about 6 minutes, about $9. A 30-second question is about 75 cents. After the one-time $195 onboarding, a month with no answered calls is a $0 invoice.

Isn't that the same as paying a receptionist $90 an hour?

Only if Riley talks nonstop for a full hour, which is 10 six-minute order calls back to back. A person covering your phone is paid for every hour they are there, whether it rings or not. Riley costs nothing while she waits. So compare what one order costs: a 6-minute order call is about $9 of talk time. Order calls so far, mostly test orders on our demo line, have run a median of about 6 minutes. The table above shows the hours your staff can't cover.

What if Riley gets something wrong on a call?

She works from your shop's own details: your website, hours, delivery zones and fees, which you check and edit at setup. She is set up to quote only the prices you gave her. If a caller is upset about an order, she writes down the details, alerts you right away, and does not promise a refund or a fix. Every call's transcript and recording is in your dashboard, and recordings are kept for 90 days.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. There is no contract and no monthly minimum. You pay a one-time $195 onboarding fee, which earns a 30-minute call credit. After that you are billed monthly for the minutes Riley spends on answered calls with real people. Stop anytime.

Do I pay for spam, robocalls, or a quick message?

Robocalls and spoofed numbers are free: they are screened out and never billed. Every answered call from a real person bills its talk time, even a short one like moving a pickup from 10 to 11. Those calls are short: a 30-second call is about 75 cents.

Is there a minimum or a monthly base fee?

None. No monthly fee and no minimum. You pay $1.50 for each minute of answered calls with real people, plus the one-time $195 onboarding fee at the start. 500 minutes is $750, 1,000 minutes is $1,500, and after that one-time fee a month with no answered calls is $0.
